Last week, the Future Classroom Lab in Brussels had the pleasure of welcoming a delegation from Kazakhstan’s National Academy of Education. Kazakhstan has now taken the initiative to implement the Future Classroom Lab (FCL) concept in the country. Across the three-day visit, we delved into the core elements of this approach and held online meetings with experienced members of our network who have previously established local networks with Future Classroom Labs in their country. We were joined virtually by Victoria Belous, Director of Clasa Viitorului in Moldova; Sampo Forsström, Lead FCL Ambassador for Finland; and Ana Paula Alves, Co-Lead FCL Ambassador for Portugal.
The programme also included time to explore the Future Classroom Lab in Brussels itself. My colleagues Tommaso Dalla Vecchia and Jelena Milenkovic agree it was a very productive event we very kind and professional visitors, and we look forward to seeing how the project progresses in Kazakhstan.
